Dashboard Guide
The Xponent dashboard lets you configure every aspect of your server without touching a single command. Log in at xponentbot.xyz/dashboard with your Discord account.
⚡ XP Settings
Set base XP per message (default 15), message cooldown in seconds, excluded channels and roles (using easy multi-checkbox lists), and Reaction XP (separate amount, cooldown, and daily cap).
🛑 Command Rules
Restrict bot commands to specific Allowed Command Channels to keep your server chat clean.
🗣️ Voice & Reaction XP
Reward members for spending time in voice channels or reacting to messages. Configurable XP rates and cooldowns.
📊 Level Curve
Choose a progression curve: Linear, Standard (quadratic, default), Steep, or Exponential. Apply a speed multiplier (0.5× to 10×) to make leveling faster or slower. Optionally set a max level cap. A live preview table shows XP requirements at key levels before you save.
📅 Daily Check-in
Enable the /daily command and set the base XP reward. Optionally enable a streak multiplier: each consecutive day adds incremental bonus XP, capped at a configurable max streak day.
🎟️ Referral Rewards
Reward members with XP when they successfully invite new users. Set XP per invite, a daily invite reward limit, a minimum member stay duration, and a minimum Discord account age to prevent abuse.
📣 Announcement Channel
Select a specific channel from the dropdown for level-up messages, or leave blank to post in the channel where the level-up occurred. Customize the message using variables: {user}, {level}, {xp}, {server}.
👑 Role Rewards
Map Discord roles to level thresholds using the dynamic role dropdown. Stack mode keeps all earned roles. Replace mode removes the old tier role and assigns the new one. Free plan: 3 rewards max. Starter: 20. Pro: unlimited.
🎨 Rank Card
Starter+ plan. Customize the /rank card with background colors, XP bar color, text color, and font. Features advanced responsive text rendering to prevent overlapping. Live canvas preview updates in real time.
📊 Analytics
Starter+: 30-day XP activity graph. Pro+: 90-day history, at-risk member detection, top channels table, and a 24×7 activity heatmap.
🔑 API Keys
Generate and revoke API keys scoped to your server. Keys are shown only once on creation. Used for the public REST API.
💳 Billing & Plan
View your current plan, renewal date, and upgrade or downgrade options. Supports PayPal and Cryptocurrency.
