Welcome System
Make a lasting first impression with fully customizable, dynamic welcome banners and messages for new members.
Enable Welcome Module
Go to Dashboard → Welcome System. Toggle the module on and select the channel where you want the welcome messages to be posted.
Customize Your Message
You can configure two separate text areas:
Outside Message Content: Perfect for tagging the user (e.g., Welcome to the server {user}!).
Embed Description: Perfect for longer rules or links inside the visual card.
💡 Pro Tip: You can leave either of these completely blank to hide them, making your welcome message look exactly the way you want!
Dynamic Variables
Inject personalized data anywhere in your text using these tags: {user} (Mentions them), {server} (Your server name), and {memberCount} (Their join number).
Design the Image Banner
Upload a Banner Image URL (must end in .png or .jpg), or leave it blank to use a solid background. You can customize the Top Text, Bottom Text, and the colors for each element.
💡 Pro Tip: Leave the Top or Bottom text fields blank to remove them from the generated image entirely!
Pro Design Settings
Unlock professional aesthetics with Pro Design controls:
Layout: Choose between a classic Centered layout or a Modern Left-Aligned style.
Avatar Shape: Toggle between Circle or Square avatars.
Font Theme: Switch between the sleek Discord sans-serif or a Classic serif font.
Overlay Opacity: Control the darkness of the text-readability gradient over your custom banner image.
Requirements
- → The bot requires "View Channel", "Send Messages", "Embed Links", and "Attach Files" permissions in the welcome channel.
- → Changes to colors or text take up to 60 seconds to sync with the bot cache.
